Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dr Pratip Banerji Memorial Homeo Clinic & Services, we aim to provide the best possible care and treatment to our patients. We appreciate your trust in our telemedicine and online consultation services.

  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are applicable only for international patients (residing outside India) who have made payments for online consultations or treatment packages.
  • Refunds will not be provided for in-clinic consultations or services rendered to patients in India.

 

  1. Conditions for Refund

       You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • You cancel your online consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • You have made a duplicate payment by error.
  • You did not receive the consultation or medicine dispatch due to our error.

 

  1. Refund Process
  • To initiate a refund, please email us at support@pbmhomeoclinic.com with your transaction details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances
  • No refunds will be granted after a consultation has been provided.
  • Custom-prepared homeopathic medicines once shipped cannot be returned or refunded.
